The advertising industry is shifting. Budgets are changing, moving from big brand moments to more meaningful connection points on new platforms, and a requirement for creatives to no longer just sit in the boxes of Art Director and Copywriter.
Jonti sits at this new intersection and frontier of what advertising is becoming. He’s conceptually strong, he knows how to create interesting ideas that talk to and work for consumers and brands. He has the ability to do big brand, but also knows and understands digital and social platforms creatively and strategically. Something that is often rare in our industry.
He’s a beautiful Art Director, as well as an observant and great human - arguably the most important trait as a creative and when hiring for a role. I can’t recommend his skills, or him as a person enough. He’s an asset to any workplace; he’ll add immense value to the work, and the culture.

Creative Director
Jonti is one of the most intelligent, humorous and talented creatives I have met. Working with him over the last few years has been a pleasure because of both the quality of his ideas and thinking but also his personality and people skills.
What makes Jonti stand out from other creatives is his ability to think digital-first. Jonti is an absolute asset to any team and company he joins because of his hardworking, fun and gregarious attitude.

I had the real pleasure of working with Jonti as his creative partner over the last 4 years. He is a strategic thinker with an innate curiosity-fuelled by a desire to intimately understand the world and the creative problems in it.
When people talk, he aims to understand, not just share his opinions. A powerhouse concepter with the memory of an elephant-able to draw the wackiest and most wonderful connections between things.
He has a ruthless attention to detail and is a master of beautiful decks. He’s also funny as get out. And will add a comedic tone and emotional intelligence to any brief (or office) should they be lucky enough to have him.
